GROWTH

Since its debut on Euronext Growth Milan in February 2025, the group has been growing both organically and through acquisitions: the acquisition of NEC's Unified Communication division, the Comtel Innovation research centre, managed services with dedicated NOC/SOC and a training division certified by the leading vendors, with 8 offices across Italy.
